Bistec con Cebollas
(Steak and Onions)


Ingredients:

1 top sirloin or Palomilla steaks (about ¼ inch thick)
½ tablespoon fresh minced garlic
2 tablespoon of mojo sauce (See mojo recipe)
¼ onion, sliced into rings
Salt to taste
¼ cup finely chopped fresh parsley

Place steaks in a shallow pan and sprinkle with minced garlic, Mojo juice, onion rings and salt.  Cover steaks and marinate in the refrigerator before grilling.  Place steak with onions on the grilled until they are browned and well done.

Top with more grilled onions and parsley garnish.
