8 fresh jumbo shrimp
2 spoon full pure Spanish olive oil
½ tablespoon minced garlic
¼ onion, finely chopped
¼ teaspoons vinegar
¼ teaspoon oregano
¼ cup dry white wine
Salt to taste
In a deep frying pan, heat olive oil. Add garlic, onion .Cook the mixture until onion is translucent. Add vinegar, oregano, wine, and shrimp. Mix well and cook over medium heat until mixture begins to bubble. Reduce heat to a simmer. Cooked for about 5 minutes.
