Restaurant Manager

Responsible for overall operations of the restaurant, which may include overseeing the staff, monitoring inventory, purchasing equipments and supplies, and ensuring quality customer service and compliance with all food and beverage regulations. Trains hire and schedule other employees. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 2+ years of related experience. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Lead and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically report to top management.

Line/Prep Cooks

Follows menu and recipes to prepare all food according to proper preparations methods. May require at least 2 years of experience in the field or related area

Servers/Host

Welcome entertains guests in a warm and friendly manner to provide a positive first impression of service. Offer the seats to guest and work with team members in delivering 100% guest delight and a genuine dining experience.

Dish Washer

Cleans dining items and all restaurant areas to provide a sanitized and visually pleasing restaurant to guests and team members. Performs as a team member to provide a safe and hazard-free work environment. Performs maintenance on equipment to ensure proper performance and minimize repair cost.

Busser

Ensures that the dining room, lobby and service areas are clean, stocked, and visually appealing. Works with managers and team members to provide smooth operation of the restaurant.

Bartender

Must have experience in bartending, keeping and doing inventory, preferably making Mojitos and all kind of drinks, Spanish and English speaking, multitasking, must be able to take phone orders, and work with team members in delivering 100% guest delight and a genuine dining experience.
