Steak, ¼ -inch thick, top sirloin choice ¼ cup chopped onion ½ teaspoon minced fresh garlic ¼ cup mojo sauce (see mojo recipe) ¼ teaspoon salt 2 eggs, well beaten 1 cup bread crumb salted to taste
Sprinkle steaks with chopped onions, garlic juice and salt. Rub garlic into meat marinate for a few hours in the refrigerator. Brush off the onions pieces and dip steak in the egg first and then in the bread crumb. Dip fry till golden brown. You can either add grilled onions or in the raw.
